The Ocean Isle Property Owners Association (OIPOA) is a volunteer organization comprised of members who create and promote an engaging, fun, family-friendly community environment. The OIPOA’s objectives are to engage in civic, charitable, and educational activities, as well as sponsor positive community activities for the betterment of the property owners on the island of Ocean Isle Beach. We cooperate with existing organizations for the public health, safety, and beautification of Ocean Isle Beach so that residents and visitors alike can experience the beauty of our island and create lasting memories.
Due to Governor Cooper’s “State of Emergency – Reopen NC Guidelines,” many of our annual traditions were canceled in the year of 2020 including the 4th of July Parade and Fireworks Extravaganza, annual OIB Trash Bash and OIPOA Ocean Isle Summer Concert Series. We are excited to announce our 2021 Summer Concert Series Schedule. Take a peek over on our ‘Summer Concerts Series’ page! Please stay tuned to any further updates…(updated 10/8/20).
ALL island property owners are encouraged to join the OIPOA and to renew your membership annually. By doing so, you can continue to enjoy all of the wonderful benefits that membership affords, including events, activities, and multitude of discounts at a wide variety of local area establishments.
Note: We plan to begin processing membership renewals in December, 2020.
