The Ocean Isle Property Owners Association (OIPOA) is a volunteer organization comprised of members who create and promote an engaging, fun, family-friendly community environment. The OIPOA organizes, sponsors and conducts civic, charitable and educational activities. We collaborate with the Town of Ocean Isle Beach so that residents and visitors alike can experience the inviting charm of our beautiful island.
ALL island property owners are encouraged to join the OIPOA and to renew your membership annually. By doing so, you can continue to enjoy all of the wonderful benefits that membership affords, including events, activities, and multitude of discounts at a wide variety of local area establishments.

The OIB Summer Concerts Series Schedule has been updated again. Note that some concerts have been canceled due to Governor Cooper’s “State of Emergency – Reopen NC Guidelines.” It mandates that we will remain in “Safer at Home in Phase 2” until at least August 7, 2020, and gatherings of more than 10 people in a single indoor space and more than 25 people in outdoor spaces are prohibited. These mass gatherings limits include parades, fairs, festivals, auditoriums, stadiums, arenas, conference rooms and meeting halls. Check back often as changes to the concert schedule may be forthcoming. (updated 7/24/20)
